Talking Food's founder, Elke, began her career over 30 years ago when she trained as a chef.  She progressed to working front of house in the hotel sector, spent many years as an area manager in B&I, migrating to business development for a food manufacturer and finally working for a flavour house developing new business and marketing to foodservice.  After such an extensive career Elke's network and experience means the Talking Food team has an enviable understanding of the foodservice industry and its intricacies.
